Aggressive driving appears to be the cause of a fatal accident this morning. The accident happened on I-440 near the I-65 junction. A witness says that a driver was tailgating him and then passed him.

Upon passing the witness, the driver continued down the highway but then came upon slower traffic. This situation frequently results in a rear-end accident, but the aggressive driver lost control of his car and flew off the side of the road.

The red mustang appears to have hit a tree, but exact details of this accident have not been released yet. No other people appear to have been injured. It is unclear whether the driver was wearing a seat belt at the time of this crash.
