COVID-19 Resources and Assistance Programs

We know you are concerned about coronavirus (COVID-19) and what it means for you and your loved ones. COVID-19 continues to impact us all. So many of our friends and neighbors have lost their jobs, seen reductions in hours, or are experiencing loss of income due to closed businesses or canceled events.

If your business has been affected by a COVID-19 shutdown, you may be counting on your business interruption insurance to replace lost income, pay bills, and cover payroll. Unfortunately, many business owners are being told by insurance companies that their business interruption insurance policy does NOT cover losses caused by a business slowdown or closure due to a pandemic. Some states have even begun introducing legislation requiring insurers to provide coverage to business owners for COVID-19-related claims.

As COVID-19 continues to have a significant impact across Kentucky and Tennessee, we are compiling financial resources, government response, and community outreach information to help you during this crisis.

We'll continue to update the websites listed below, so come back to this page often for new information. Please call us if there is anything we can do to help - 800.844.1712 - we are still here 24/7.
