For the third year, the firm will be hosting a Haunted Open House on Tuesday, October 31, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. at our office in Parkway Towers, located at 404 James Robertson Parkway, Suite 1712.
The Haunted Open House is the team's favorite event for a couple reasons: it gets everyone in the Halloween spirit while giving back to one of the team's favorite charitable organizations - Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
Every member of the Bart Durham Injury Law staff participates by decorating their office and transforming the law firm into a haunted house! Attendees can tour the attraction for FREE, and have a hand in deciding who has the spookiest and best decorated office. Visitors can vote for their favorite office by donating non-perishable food items or money to their favorite contender. $1 or 1 item = 1 vote!
The food items that Second Harvest need the most are peanut butter, canned tuna, canned chicken, canned fruits and vegetables, soup, stew, cereal, and pasta.
"Last year, this event raised ~500 pounds of food AND $750 cash," said Second Harvest's Courtney Blaise. "This year, the firm is adding more decorated offices and activities, so we hope more people can come out, have fun and beat last year's record!"
